Texstar Commercial Group was founded on a simple conviction: owners deserve an expert in their corner. Construction projects involve architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors — each with their own interests. Too often, the owner’s interests are the least defended in the room. We exist to change that.

We serve commercial, nonprofit, municipal, school, and HOA clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We operate as an independent Owner’s Representative and construction manager — never as a general contractor — so our advice is never compromised by a stake in the construction itself.
